The province provided food packs and medical aid to 3,000 dialysis patients who arrived from Pampanga's first, third, and fourth districts at the Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center. Patients were encouraged to take care of their health by Vice Governor Lilia Pineda.

She noted that dialysis sessions at PhilHealth would now run until 2024. PhilHealth expanded the annual amount of dialysis sessions from 90 to 156 in 2023. This implies that dialysis sessions can now be continued up to three times a week.

Given the expense of dialysis treatments, Pineda said that patients would greatly benefit from this. In private institutions, a single procedure costs P2,500 per session. Additionally, free medications from Jose B. Lingad Medical General Hospital were supplied to the patients.

Among the medications are insulin and eposino. In addition, the patients got money and food packs.
