The continuous flooding on the roads in Pampanga persists. The residents bear the visible hardship caused by the ongoing floods, making it challenging for the people of Pampanga to cope with the severe consequences of flooding. Various areas in Pampanga are affected by the southwest monsoon, exacerbating the flooding due to the overflowing rivers, especially impacting the city. The neighboring areas are also significantly affected by the southwest monsoon. Every road bears traces of the flood, and the faces of the locals reflect the suffering caused by this situation. The towns of Macabebe and Masantol in Pampanga are experiencing the most severe flooding, exacerbated by recent storms, and residents are still enduring the consequences.

The continuous rainfall, expected to last for another two days according to the weather forecast, adds to the difficulty for Pampanga residents. What can be done to address the severe flooding in the area?

Here, we see the disruption caused by flooding, leading to the submersion and overflow of rivers in the city.

Last Thursday, many roads in Pampanga were submerged in floodwaters, and the rivers continue to overflow, causing the floods. Traveling in the area becomes challenging due to the flood. Most commuters face difficulties traveling because of the flooded roads.

Interestingly, the floodwaters on the roads take longer to recede this time. In contrast to previous floods that subsided within an hour, the water does not recede quickly, making it a prolonged challenge for the residents of Pampanga. The floodwaters are lingering, making it difficult for vehicles to pass through the area.
